Open Liberty 21.0.0.9 introduces many new benefits such as MicroProfile 4.1 with MicroProfile Health updates. Transaction Peer Recovery allows 2 phase commit to be used in cloud environments for the first time, and a new logging format (TBASIC) is made available, as well as a new method to determine active endpoints.
